Mayor's Christmas Tree

I drove by the Mayor's Christmas tree at Crown Center two mornings this week, one morning the fountains were on and the next they were off.   Above I shot to avoid the street light and below I wanted more of the plaza with the toy land and all the trees.

Ah that's absolutely lovely! I'm a big fan of Christmas, I've just come back from a very successful German Christmas market shopping spree!!! The decorations and market in Stuttgart are incredible!

It's nice with or without children playing around there. Xmas Spirit is near.

Both the Crown Center and Main Street Theater shots are great. Night photography is a special skill which you have mastered. Good eye.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Spent a week in Albuquerque, NM where the light is fantastic. Now back in SD where winter light is flat.
