Antique Sale

Once a year the Bingham-Waggoner Estate host an antique sale on the grounds of this historical mansion.  As you can see many people attend this sale and fortunately there are lots of tall trees to shade the grounds.  Bingham and Waggoner were separate owners of this mansion.

Re. the butterflies: wherever one's loved one is is heaven, right? ;-)

As for the antique sale, wow, what a lovely house but I think I'd better not prowl there. Rather, I would need to leave my wallet at home... :-)

Great photo about the event. One of my friends who lives in Independence used to volunteer here--I'm not sure if she still does. She always enjoyed her duties, no matter what they might be.

Buyers or just lookers? Deals?

I bet there were some interesting things to see (and buy if you want).

Not too many shopping bags in evidence!

I would have been among the crowd if I lived there.
