These are ceramic murals on the buildings around the Clay County Courthouse in Liberty, MO. They show a number of historical scenes found in Clay County.  I took this photo at an angle to display the texture.  I tried to find more information about the artist, Monks Taylor, but only found a tattoo artist from Ohio.
