After the storm
Driving on Main Street two mornings after the blizzard was still treacherous. Most roads were in good condition, the highways were clear. Cars on Main St moved slowly all morning.

And more snow
Kansas City was hit by the blizzard yesterday and I have barely been outside. I am working from home again today but hope to get out late afternoon to snap a few photos. This photo is from a recent snow storm when I was out exploring. Yesterday's snowfall was significant with blowing winds (big drifts) and today is cold, cold. Check out the temps in KC to the right of this post.

Snow Dogs
My neighbor, a teacher, had a snow day and took this fabulous pictures of our two dogs. They are just a few months apart in age. My neighbor and I have helped each other in the care of both. We each have walked the dogs while the other was at work. They go to daycare together, and they have sleep overs. They are best friends and love to play in the snow. Something obviously has their attention here.

Waiting for Spring
With the snow and school closing last week, I don't think the kids were missing the baseball fields.

Snow Finally!
All my CDP friends have been posting photos of snow and since we hadn't had snow yet, I was anxious for the day to arrive when KC had it's first snow fall. During lunch today I walked out and took photos. This is Union Station in the snow. I previously posted a photo this summer of Union Station, see the difference here
