New Mormon Temple

On my drive to work Tuesday morning I crested a hill and saw a glow of white light in the skyline and immediately knew it was the New Temple.  I displayed this new temple previously here.  Since there is no skyline except tree line in the Northland this huge white glow could be seen for miles.

Wow! It's really impressive. Sort of awe inspiring.

It looks like some of the new ones I've seen in California and Illinois. Beautifully lit.

Nice evening shot. I don't care much for their architectural design. Happy Friday!

I do love the soft glow about these temples when lit up at night. Bet it does catch the eye from a distance.

You have shot a very dramatic photo or an amazing sight!

Wow - I hope they are using some solar collectors for all those lights. Somehow reminds me of "Close Encounters Of a Third Kind"! ;-)

It looks fabulous at night. Your night photo is excellent.

No, I have never been to the Barnes Collection, but I have read many accounts about the battle over relocating the collection to Philadelphia. I will get there sometime.
