Folly Theatre

The Folly Theatre opened it's doors in 1900.  The Marx Brothers, Humprey Bogart, Shirley Boothstar appeared here among many others.  The burlesque era brought Gypsy Rose Lee.  Currently the Folly is a not for profit organization that brings the Folly Jazz series, Harriman - Jewell series, orchestra, men's chorus, chamber music and a Kids series.

I just wanted to tell you that enjoy your blog very much. My wife and I were in Kansas City back around Labor Day. We were impressed by the warmth of the people we met.
