Jenkins Music Company Building

 This building was built in 1911 and is being redeveloped as lofts.

The building is only about 10 feet deep since they built the parking garage onto it years ago. Should be interesting what they try to fit into what is left of this beautiful building.

Look at the way the building sits, kind of on a slant, like it's on an incline. Amazing architecture and love the windows!

Great to see lovely old buildings become useful again. Lofts will bring vitality and diversity to the neighborhood. Great color in the windows.
