Under the Viaduct

A mural under the highway on 17th Street.  Unlike RedPat who always knows the artist, I do not have an artist name to share : )  As you can see at the left tagging space was left.

Can't make heads or tails of it though there seems to be rubble, death and... an Indian...

I like the colors at least!

That bright color will certainly get your attention. A very nice mural to cover a grey space.

Nice piece of work. I like well thought out murals.

No falling asleep under this viaduct the colors would keep me awake!

Nice elements in it - like the little southwest pot. it helps a lot if they sign it somewhere but sometimes like this they don't!

I will dissent. It drives me nuts that callous people paint whatever they feel like. It is like people driving along with car windows open blaring THEIR favorite music at me.

Enough curmudgeon for one day.

is this considered graffiti or is it actually an organized mural? if it's graffiti, i'm with jack....so tired of people's disrespect of property...if it's organized, then carry on lol...although i don't care for it much!

I don't associate graffiti with KC like I do with STL. We're older and grittier. I like the work, though. It shows a fertile imagination.

Sometimes graffiti borders on art, like this!
