I took this photo last May at the Living History Museum of Shoal Creek. I blurred the edges to give it a dreamy effect and like how it complemented the old building and wagon.

Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed and beautiful new year.
Beautiful shot! It does have a dreamy effect, sort of like stepping back in time. Happy 2012.
Timeless. I really love your edit.
We have a Shoal Creek here in Austin, too.
Happy New Year.
The shadows are so lovely
I didn't see this in May. Thanks for this replay.
How lovely. I remember seeing a place a bit like this in Utah a while back. Such a dreamy setting too.
Thanks so much for your visit to my blog. Happy New Year! xxx

It IS a dreamy photo for today's theme day indeed, Regina!
The dreamy effect created a sense of fantasy and recollection, something to look at and ponder for a long time. Wishing you Happy New Year 2012!
Yes, Regina, this is a worthy selection. Nice. All the best this year.
I love this effect, Regina. I use it quite a bit myself.
I do love the green in this one--full of life and history
Happy New Year!
Hi, Regina. HNY to the western half of MO. This just looks like May, fresh and appealing, not yet the baked textures of a Missouri summer.
It's a lovely photo, giving the scene a feeling of peace and serenity. Enjoy 2012!
I miss those vibrant greens while looking out my window on a world of white!
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and best wishes to you and your family for a wonderful New Year!
Look like a great peaceful place. Have an exciting but graceful 2012. Thanks for stopping by at Nelson, NZ.
