I found this building while in the Crossroads and love the art deco style. The building is going through renovations and will be professional suites. I think that sign goes well with the style of the building.
Oh yes, this is wonderful early 20th century architecture. I was very curious as to what it would be, from the thumnail it looked a bit like a South American temple!
Re. the mussles: I would have loved to buy some and cook them but I didn't as they are a pain in the neck to clean and I have tendonitis at the moment...

It is a neat building. Too bad gonna be condos.
I LOVE art deco and this building is a great example. Very nice. It would be a great place for an office.
art deco has always been one of my faves!
Like the others, I like art deco. I wonder if the glass blocks will survive. They would limit the light in the building. My guess is they go.
Glad it is being reused - like Jack I worry about the glass blocks!
