Work continues on the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts

Work on the Kauffman Center of Performing Arts starts early in the morning.  You can now see the different halls or performing galleries.  I enjoy watching a project of this magnitude come to life.  It is on schedule to open in Sept 2011.  The city is already prepared to welcome it's opening night.   To the right is the Power and Light Building.

The opening will be fascinating, I am sure. You are lucky because you can see all the progress.

I think this will be a big contribution to the cultural life of Kansas City. I hope you will attend some events there, with your camera stealthily hidden until the right moment . . .

I hope you'll show us the glitz and glamour on the RED carpet on opening night! And inside, too!

In recession times, people need culture and a night out.

This looks a good project and I hope you will be able to continue with your photographs as we come closer to opening night.
