I have photos of this same flower that I took at the Desert Botanical Garden. I've been wondering what flower this is. My mind wants to call it a spider daisy but, I just make that up based on its appearance.
Obviously a flower that like heat - I saw on the ball game last night (our Blue Jays against your Royals) that it was 36C at game time there! Great focusing in your shot.

You have strange dandelions! (Just kidding). It's very pretty.
What beauties! It's true we can't turn on our coolers so we have heat and extreme smoke. Not a pretty day.
Pretty shot. I love the perspective--and color, of course.
