Spirit of Cooperation

This Northland fountain runs all year long.  It has been called the "Spirit of Cooperation", because it illustrates the unified effort of the public and private sectors worked together to achieve a common goal.  I showed a photo of this fountain during the fall.   This fountain is near a busy intersection and was very popular the day I took this photo.  Every year it takes on a different look.

It doesn't seem to be cooperating too much in this weather, but it's great winter photo.
