When out on the road wanting to get to my destination, I have passed up many sunsets because I didn't want to lose time stopping for a photo. As we drove into this sunset, I kept seeing a line in the sky from the sun and kept thinking no I didn't want to stop, but then at the last minute we stopped and within a few seconds the sun peak out.
This is a great sunrise pic! I love when the clouds form a 'blanket' here in AZ. We spent the night in Springfield on the move here to Arizona two years ago.
Wow, I'm glad you caught this one. What an unusual line of clouds and perfect when the sun fell below that line.
