Missouri River

I was at English Landing Park in Parkville this last weekend.  The weather was a bit cool but above freezing with blue skies.  This park has great trails for runner, and walkers.  Also has playground, picnic areas and is right next to the Missouri River.

    There is no better place to run than a way next to the sea or a river.
