Last of the Succotash

As you all have seen this restaurant has provided many photo opportunities.  Since I received many questions about the food, I will say that yes the food is excellent.  This restaurant is only open M-F for breakfast and lunch.  I had lunch and am wanting to visit for breakfast soon.

    I'm going to show my ignorance here - does Succotash mean something? I've never heard the word before..

    Succotash is a dish of corn and lima beans cooked together and a choice for this restaurants name.
